Who I am
As a 26-year veteran of the United States Air Force, I have extensive experience operating in real-world, high-accountability environments where precision and attention to detail were essential.
I have owned and sold commercial real estate and possess a strong understanding of both commercial and residential transactions. I have also personally utilized Veterans benefits for a home purchase, giving me firsthand knowledge of the additional documentation and requirements involved. While I am a newly commissioned notary, I have participated in numerous real estate and financial transactions that required notarization, providing me with a strong practical understanding of the notary process and expectations.
In addition, I was a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Illinois for two years, further strengthening my practical and regulatory understanding of real estate transactions.
